Note:  Mainline extension costs are due when applicable. AWA will make the connection of the meter and customer service line, but does not install the service line between themeter and the house or point of service inside the property.

Monthly Rates for Users

$   7.40 per 100 cubic feet from 1 to 2000 cubic feet of water used or portion thereof
$  8.80 for each additional 100 cubic feet from 2001 to 3500 cubic feet of water used
$ 10.20 for each additional 100 cubic feet from 3501 to 5000 cubic feet of water used
$  11.70 for each additional 100 cubic feet for all usage over 5001 cubic feet

Monthly Rates for Non-Users

Capital Improvements of $20.00 monthly payable in advance on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.

Miscellaneous Fees

Rate increase

Please check your bill for the month ended 10/31/12. You will notice an increase. Your association did not raise the water rate in 2010 or 2011. The increase was covered by funds on account. We regretfully say that now we can no longer cover increases in this manner and must pass them on to the members. Authority for this is in the by-laws, which helped to allay our distaste at having to do this.

The association started this blog as a convenience for members and to elicit feedback from members.  We will post minutes of the annual meetings, rate information and other current news as we receive them, and anything else that from time to time we feel will inform our membership.

The site is currently under development, so please be patient as we add information, such as names of board members, association history, past minutes, and so on.
